Sunset Air has a long history in Olympia, WA and the South Puget Sound and Southwest Washington areas. We started out small and have grown into a major provider of residential and commercial services, operating a large warehouse and showroom. We take immense pride in the extent of our services, which can oversee every aspect of a commercial project, from the first designs through maintenance service for the life cycle of a facility. We’re equally proud of our award-winning engineering team and our other employees for meeting and exceeding client expectations on every job.

Our Mission

When we first opened in 1976, Sunset Air operated out of the garage of Pete and Kathy Fluetsch. It was a humble beginning, but Pete himself came from humble roots—and he had big dreams for his business. His aim was to build a company that not only delivered high quality service to its clients, but one that was also a part of the larger community and a beneficial force.
