Saint Martin’s University – Cebula Hall

Saint Martin’s new engineering building was, at the time of construction, the highest LEED scoring building in the Western hemisphere and provides 73% energy use reduction over ASHRAE baseline. Sunset Air provided LEED management and design build services for HVAC, controls, plumbing, and photovoltaics. The project features a geothermal heat pump system, 90+% efficient air to air heat recovery system, a state of the art energy management system (EMS), and photovoltaic array producing 20kWh annually.
